    A little bit of language because he quotes people directly. Book is very informative. Written is laymen's terms.

    Appropriate.

    Up to date information on a very complicated and multifaceted subject. It makes it clear that there is a lot that we don't know and that a lot of previous practices in treating patients have been wrong. This is not an easy read, but it is well written. It is much too complicated for a casual reader.
